Kate has been in the adult learning and organizational development space for over seven years and has a Master’s degree in Learning & Development. Kate specializes in helping organizations transition to a blended learning curriculum. Her training solutions provide flexible, engaging learning experiences that foster organizational growth and align employee skills and passions with strategic company initiatives. She designs and develops custom e-learning content and creates engaging training materials for dynamic instructor-led courses. Her career focus is to help leadership and organizations develop and engage the purpose and potential in every employee.
