Lisa Kahle-PiaseckiPast-President/VP of Member EngagementDr. Lisa Kahle-Piasecki is the Past-President of the Chapter and was part of the first group to obtain certification as an Associate Professional of Talent Development (APTD). She works as a professor. She has developed courses (and teaches) in Training and Development at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. She also created and teaches a Global Leadership course at the doctoral level. Internationally, she lived and worked in Costa Rica, Mexico, and Romania. Dr. Kahle-Piasecki completed her Ph.D. at The University of Toledo, with an area of concentration in human performance improvement, has a Master of Education from Bowling Green State University, a Master of Business Administration from the University of Findlay, and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toledo, majoring in communications/public relations. She is actively engaged in research and is a frequent presenter at both international and national conferences. Her current research interests and areas of expertise are in exploring the relationship between work and the employee, specifically related to performance improvement, Industry 4.0, organizational learning and development, and the interaction of technology in the workplace. She also serves on the Board for WGTE Public Media of Northwest Ohio and Hondros School of Nursing Community Advisory Committee. She lives in Perrysburg, Ohio with her family and dog Murphy. |
