Rhonda Brown, MOD, CPTD

President

An Army soldier for over 7 years, Rhonda developed a "work hard - play hard" attitude, which describes her training philosophy. The meat of her presentations is marinated with lots of laughter, creativity and fun. With a bachelor’s degree in journalism/communications, and a master’s degree in organizational development, her approach to problems and opportunities involves optimizing the effectiveness of people. 

Rhonda is a Certified Professional in Talent Development with over 20 years of experience in the health care industry, and she is passionate about providing leaders the tools to be their best self. Her positive attitude and dynamic presentation style have helped leaders across the nation to focus on such topics as Emotional Intelligence, communication coaching, conflict resolution, stress management and team building. She is currently pursuing the Professional Certified Coach credential from the International Coach Federation.

Rhonda was the Director of Organization Development at ProMedica Senior Care, formerly HCR ManorCare, where she worked for 16 years. She led others, coached leaders, developed and facilitated leadership training programs, supported the employee survey process and managed the employee recognition program, and now she leads the training function at Kingston HealthCare. She has been an adjunct professor in management/leadership for many years, teaching at BGSU in the past and currently at Lourdes University. Rhonda is a dynamite leader and presenter with solutions to address the key drivers of employee recognition, employee satisfaction and leadership effectiveness. She strives to be her best self, and she encourages you to do the same!
