Erin Wicks, Human Resources Manager, will describe the maturation of a vision of a small of group of island business owners, of providing easy access transportation to South Bass Island to the largest high speed ferry fleet in the country, through the integral process of recruiting and motivating a diverse workforce through non-monetary reward systems.

At the end of this session, audience members will be able to:

·         Understand the diversity of intrinsically motivating factors in employees

·         Promote start up culture thinking within a corporate environment

·         Explore the value in developing your workforce for opportunities beyond your organization
