Marshall Goldsmith’s, “Stakeholder-Centered Coaching” is used by 150 of Fortune 500 CEOs. It’s distinctly different than other approaches with its no-nonsense process of engaging “stakeholders” to be coaches in the daily rhythm of real work. In this interactive session, you’ll learn the single most important variable to help leaders get to the next-level, and through an exercise, practice this hallmark step to give you a great - and fun - take-away for immediate application.

At the end of this session, participants will be able to:

  • Explain Marshall Goldsmith's "Stakeholder-Centered Coaching."
  • List the key steps of the coaching process.
  • Experience the benefit of a "feedforward" exercise.
The program addresses Interpersonal Skills, Business Skills and Industry Knowledge on the ATD Competency Model.

Mike McCartney partners with successful organizations to strengthen leadership at the top. He has successfully coached C-level leaders and VPs in Fortune 500 Companies.
