Achieving Sustained Change by Finding Your Ideal Self

Articulating our passions, identifying our dreams, and finding our noble purpose in life creates the motivation for sustained change. This session starts by identifying those people in our life who helped us extend our dreams and supported our growth. We will continue exploring our Ideal Self with exercises and discussions. By creating a foundation on these positive emotional attractors, you can expand your self-awareness and examine your Real Self with openness.

The session will continue exploring the rest of the leadership coaching model so you can use the components to initiate change. It builds on self-awareness while maximizing your own strengths which will empower you to make a difference in your workplace and in your life. The tools allow you to pursue each element after the session and create a Learning Agenda to focus your changes and achieve your personal vision.

At the end of this session, participants will be able to:

  • Create a platform to launch sustained individual change
  • Utilize tools to build self-awareness
  • Understand a leadership coaching model built on Emotional Intelligence
