The Power of Vulnerability in Authentic Leadership
Often vulnerability is equated with weakness. However, in recent years there has been more information regarding vulnerability and authentic leadership. What if vulnerability in leadership resulted in strength, courage, compassion, connection and creativity? During this interactive session, we will explore how to show vulnerability and become a more powerful, relatable and effective leader.
At the end of this session, participants will be able to:
-
Understand that vulnerability is a strength (not a weakness) of leadership
-
Identify the strengths of vulnerability in leadership
-
Identify ways to be more vulnerable and enhance authentic working relationships
The program addresses Interpersonal Skills on the ATD Competency Model.
