Learning Styles Across Your Organization

Leaders are charged with enhancing the knowledge and abilities of team members within their workplaces, especially when developing teams.  However, people learn and respond to information differently, which increases the challenge of delivering information effectively.  This session will enhance your ability to recognize and navigate different learning styles, such that team members can be active participants in their growth.

At the end of this session, participants will be able to:

·        Understand tools to identify various learning styles of your team members.

·        Recognize ways to leverage strengths of mixed groups of learners.

·        Review methods to deliver information differently to maximize learning of your team members, including competency-based approaches.

The program addresses Training Delivery, Instructional Design and Evaluating Learning Impact on the ATD Competency Model.
