Jill Kopanis is an HR Leader who focuses on Shaping the World through Transformation. Challenging what HR does and how they do it, she has transformed numerous HR and corporate programs into major cost savings and culture positives.
Jill is Vice President, Human Resources for Dynamic Dies, Inc. based in Toledo, Ohio where she leads human resource initiatives for manufacturing and sales locations nationwide. Ms. Kopanis has been involved in the field of Human Resources for over 25 years, working with both Fortune 500 and International companies. She was nominated for the Excellence in HR Management Award and was a finalist in the national Benny Awards, awarded for outstanding benefit initiatives nationwide.
She has served in a variety of SHRM leadership roles at the state and local level, including Chapter President and State Director of Certification. Jill is also the owner and Principle Facilitator of Shazaam Communications, a provider of Keynote Speakers and Corporate Training. As a national speaker, she has spoken at numerous HR conferences including SHRM Annual Conference and is known for 'making waves' speaking at the annual HR Conference Cruise where she enlightens her audiences and receives top ratings.
And all that is not enough, she is also the creator and founder of the HR Dept. of One Network providing a key resource for HR Leaders throughout NW Ohio/SE Michigan. She holds a Masters Degree in Organizational Leadership and earned the SHRM-SCP Certification.
