Simple Truths in Music, Living & Leading
As a prelude, we explore the universal language of music, and apply its hierarchy of rhythm, melody and harmony to leading others to create order out of the chaos of organizational life.
- The 1st movement is "Play...It's Supposed To Be Fun!" in which participants learn to rediscover their personal energy by feeding the 'CHILD' within.
- The 2nd movement is "Practice... What You Put Into Your Life" whereby participants craft their own personal leadership brand, and how to express it via their musical catalog.
- The 3rd movement is "Perform... Leave Exhausted!" allowing participants to set a leading intention and apply the musical techniques of 'leaving space', 'call and answer' and 'all for the other' to organizational leadership.
Throughout this experience, participants will ask, listen, learn, reflect... and even SING!
At the end of this session, participants will be able to:
-
Apply the musical hierarchy of rhythm, melody and harmony to leading others and creating order out of the chaos of organizational life.
-
Master 3 simple techniques of professional performance - 'leaving space', 'call and answer' and 'all for the other' - to establish any leading intention.
-
Understand 3 simple truths to establish the 'singing voice' that can capture the attention of your team.
The program addresses Performance Improvement, Integrated Talent Management and Coaching on the ATD Competency Model.
