Description: 

According to Peter Drucker, “The key to greatness is to look for people’s potential and spend time developing it.”  During this session, we will take a look at how leaders can look for and identify potential, which is sometimes hiding below the surface.  Powerful results are achieved when individuals are fulfilled; leaders and mangers can help create the path that leads to fulfillment.  

At the end of this session, participants will be able to:

• Describe the leader’s part in developing others – what it actually means to equip another individual / employee

• Recognize the individual’s part in development – self-awareness is powerful

• Understand the powerful results that happen when an individual recognizes their potential and begins aligning to their potential

Nicki McLeod is a certified Talent Optimization leader with over 20 years of experience helping people discover their strengths and find right-fit scenarios for work and life.  She is energized by solving problems and is passionate about strong leadership.  Nicki is a Certified Predictive Index Practitioner and uses people data to help individuals, teams, and organizations get results.
