Nicki McLeod is a certified Talent Optimization leader with over 20 years of experience helping people discover their strengths and find right-fit scenarios for work and life.  She is energized by solving problems and is passionate about strong leadership.  Nicki is a Certified Predictive Index Practitioner and uses people data to help individuals, teams, and organizations get results.  Nicki also has over 15 years of experience using technology to develop and deliver powerful blended-learning content, workshops, and courses focused on people development.  Nicki lives in Oregon, Ohio with her husband Tim and their three children.
