A Nightmare Nobody Talks About: "Re-connect your Workforce at your Company in 2021" Carrie Van Daele

Your workforce is smart enough to know when “authentic human connection" is not happening. The element that ties people together is not a computer, internet, e-learning, AI, cell or email.

"There has been a surge to overuse digital-virtual training tools, leaving your company without improved performance, a total loss and angry employees," said Justin Brusino, ATD Magazine.

Objectives

  1. Discuss how to reconnect your workforce
  2. Discuss how to re-engage your workforce
  3. Discuss how to improve performance of your workforce

ATD Capability Addressed in this Session

  1. Matching Performance Tool to Outcome
  2. Impacting Organization Capability
