A passionate speaker, entrepreneur, mentor matchmaker, and potential-unlocker, Garrett specializes in taking the latest Industrial Organizational Psychology research, combining it with technology and measuring tangible outcomes that impact businesses' bottom lines.  As the CEO and Founder of Ambition In Motion, Garrett works with teams to improve their communication and productivity. 

Starting his own business did not come without failure. From age 15 to age 19, Garrett was a drug dealer that got caught. Garrett turned this experience, the lessons he learned, and the battles he had to overcome from facing the repercussions of his actions to what he is doing today.
