Jerry Schnepp, PhD., Bowling Green State University
This interactive workshop-style session will begin with an introduction to Human Centered Design. We will form teams to work on facilitated collaborative exercises. The first is an empathy exercise based on persona prompts. Participants will create personas based on these prompts and illustrate them using empathy maps. Next, teams will engage in ideation and prototyping using their empathy maps to guide their creative decisions. Finally, the entire group will engage in a sharing activity to evaluate and assess their solutions.
