Erin Schwiebert is an Advanced Learning and Development Consultant (ALDC) at Marathon Petroleum Company in Findlay, Ohio. Erin began her career at MPC in 2011 as a member of the Talent Acquisition team as a Corporate Recruiter. In 2016 Erin was promoted to the role of Diversity & Inclusion Consultant, and then in 2022 Erin was again promoted into her current role as an ALDC.
Born and raised in Deshler, Ohio Erin currently lives in Hamler, Ohio and has two teenage sons. (Mason-17 and Gavin-14). Erin received both her undergraduate and graduate degrees from Bowling Green State University (’02, ’10) and currently sits on the College of Business Alumni Board at BGSU as well as at the College of Business Advisory Board at the University of Findlay.
