About the Speaker

Bill Kieffer is a coach, advisor, author, and TEDx speaker. He has coached, advised, and mentored hundreds of service members, veterans, executives and others through career transition and to improved performance. He also is a coach and faculty member for “The Honor Foundation”, “Gallant Few Rangers” and an advisory board member for “Law Enforcement Connect”, non-profit organizations providing career transition services to members of military special operations and civilian law enforcement communities. Before founding his coaching/advisory firm, Kieffer & Associates LTD, Bill spent >23 years as a  a senior human resources executive and nearly 12 years as a U.S Army Officer.  Bill is a certified coach via Marshall Goldsmith and the WHY Institute, and is dedicated to helping individuals and teams optimize talent capability.
