Amy Jerome is an activator of organizational and cultural change. Over the past two decades, Amy has worked with clients at some of the largest Fortune 500 companies in the country, global non-profit organizations, and numerous agencies and leaders in the U.S. Government to explore innovation through curiosity. Amy is an avid storyteller who builds team engagement through inclusive, collaborative relationships, coaching others on the art of asking why and how to challenge the status quo. Amy studied at Miami University and The University of North Carolina, Wilmington, and has vast expertise in leading change and fostering situational leadership. She is currently the Director of Organizational Excellence at ProMedica overseeing workforce development and transformation.
