About our Speaker:  

Dr. Pat O’Connell has practiced and studied leadership for over four decades.  She holds a B.S. in Business from Miami University, an MBA in Marketing from University of Toledo, and a Ph.D. in Developmental Psychology and Human Resources Development from the University of Toledo. Her business expertise includes corporate and consulting roles in market research, executive leadership, consulting, personnel policies development, organizational behavior, meeting facilitation, strategic planning, team leadership, team formation, team re-building, and organizational development. She served as a corporate vice president and founded her own management consulting firm. As Professor of Leadership at Lourdes University, her scholarly research and publishing have continued for over two decades. She is a regular presenter and keynote speaker in corporate venues and at international leadership conferences.
