Podcasts are an incredibly popular form of media consumption. Since 2020 the number of podcast users has grown from just under 50 million users to over 76 million and is projected to grow to over 113 million by 2029. People listen to podcasts while doing pretty much anything. The phrase, “I heard on a podcast” is becoming a norm in most households, but there is room for growth within the talent development space. Learning how to produce a quality podcast from start to finish and utilizing to it to develop your talent can seem daunting, but with the available tools and a good understanding of how to use them, a successful podcast is attainable.
