Together, we’ll review the ROPES framework, examine practical engagement strategies you can immediately apply, and participate in a versatile activity that brings the concepts to life.

This session supports key ATD competencies in Training Delivery & Facilitation, Instructional Design, and Collaboration & Leadership, equipping you with tools to design with intention, facilitate with confidence, and foster meaningful learner engagement.
