Steve Gfell is a Certified Master of The Leadership Challenge® with over 20 years of leadership experience across education, HR, and organizational development. Formerly a high school principal, he now designs high-impact programs that strengthen team dynamics and drive performance. Steve has held senior HR roles including Director of HR and Learning & Development, and specializes in leadership development, AI in business, and culture transformation. He holds a Master’s in Educational Leadership, a certificate in AI: Business Strategies and Applications from UC Berkeley, and is completing his MBA in HR Management. Certified in DiSC, Predictive Index, and the Denison Culture Assessment, Steve uses data to guide leaders in achieving meaningful results. Known for his collaborative, purpose-driven approach, he equips individuals and teams to lead with clarity, courage, and impact—both professionally and personally.
